The new revision, its digest, the baseline it was rendered against, generated — the rendered serving-model file paths the render pass wrote — and refresh, the sync run Makini started so the new output appears without waiting for the schedule (scoped to the raw tables the spec reads; an empty scopes means a full sync). refresh.triggered is false when there was nothing to trigger (connection disabled, no flow placed) or when the trigger itself failed; the save succeeded either way.
