The login needs the Web API role. FMLive only lets a login use its Web API if that login holds the Web API role (shown as Web API Access in the role's permissions). If you manage FMLive users yourself, check the login's roles. If you don't, ask your FMLive administrator to add it.Use a shared company login if you can. If you use your own personal login, the connection breaks whenever you change your password, and it stops working entirely if you leave the company. A separate login set up just for this connection avoids all of that, and makes it clear in FMLive which activity came from the connection.Least privilege by design. Makini needs read access only, and your FMLive data stays exactly as it is.Signing in to FMLive yourself is not affected. The connection signs in separately, so it won't log anyone out of the FMLive website.
This is the address you open in your browser to sign in to FMLive. It's your organization's own address on syntechlive.com, for example https://yourtenant.syntechlive.com.Copy just that first part, starting with https:// and ending with .syntechlive.com. Leave off anything after it.
Decide which FMLive login the connection will use (see "Before you start"). Make sure it has the Web API role, and that you can sign in to the FMLive website with its username and password.
