The token sees what its owner sees. A Mitti API token belongs to a user, and the connection can only reach what that user can see in Mitti. If the user only has access to some sites or groups, the connection only sees those too.Use a shared integration user if you can. If the token belongs to your personal account, the connection stops working if you leave the company. A separate user set up just for this connection, in a group that can see across your whole organization, avoids that and gives the connection a complete view.
Create an API token in Mitti for the user from "Before you start". If you can't create one yourself, ask your Mitti administrator for it.A Mitti API token is a long string that starts with scapi_. Copy the whole thing and paste it somewhere safe for a moment; a password manager is best.
Treat the token like a password. Anyone who has it can use Mitti as that user. Don't email it, don't put it in a chat message, don't save it in a shared document.
